SHORT FILM MONDAY! “Children of Stone”
So I’ve decided I would hold a Monday spot for short films that really show off some serious skill in the field of filmmaking and special effects work.
Yes, its based on a lot of my own personal taste. I love fantasy epics, sci-fi space operas, and superhero mythologies. So if your short film fits into those categories, you’ll have a big chance of getting featured. Just submit it here
But don’t let that deter you from submitting your film anyway, because what matters is that its an engaging and interesting film.
Today, I figured I’d post a film that delves into the monster movie genre. With the monsters being puppets and rubber suits rather than CGI, its very rare to see creature effects done without a computer.
But this filmmaker manages to pull it off well and has a real knack for creating such personalities in a very short time.
Watch and Enjoy!
